Welcome & Our Educational Mission

Uniin is a dedicated academic and social community built to empower high schoolers, university applicants, and students preparing for higher education. Our mission is to connect ambitious peers, foster collaborative study, share genuine admission experiences, and provide accessible educational resources.

By creating an account, accessing, or using Uniin (via web or mobile app), you enter into a binding agreement to adhere to these Community Guidelines and Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue using the platform.

Respect, Kindness & Anti-Bullying

Uniin is a supportive learning space where students from diverse backgrounds encourage each other's aspirations. We enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy against all forms of online toxicity:

• No Harassment or Bullying: Targeted attacks, intimidation, stalking, name-calling, or public shaming will result in immediate disciplinary action.
• No Hate Speech or Discrimination: Discrimination or derogatory language based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or background is categorically forbidden.
• Constructive Communication: When giving feedback on application essays or portfolios, communicate with empathy, constructive advice, and respect.

Academic Integrity & Authentic Identity

Authenticity is the foundation of Uniin. Users rely on accurate peer data to evaluate realistic admission chances and prepare for college:

• Real Identity: You must register using your authentic identity. Do not create fake profiles, parody accounts, or impersonate other students, teachers, or admissions officers.
• Honest Credentials: You must be truthful regarding your academic background, GPA, standardized test scores (IELTS, TOEFL, SAT), awards, and university acceptance letters. Forging or falsifying admission results is strictly prohibited.
• Ethical Collaboration: Study groups are meant for mutual learning. Cheating, sharing unauthorized live examination materials, or soliciting someone to take tests on your behalf is prohibited.

Content Standards & Media Guidelines

You are fully responsible for the posts, articles, comments, images, polls, and messages you share on Uniin:

• Educational Relevance: Keep shared posts and discussions informative, engaging, and relevant to student life, personal growth, exams, and university preparation.
• No Explicit or Graphic Content: Nudity, sexually suggestive media, gore, violence, illegal drug promotion, or dangerous activities are strictly prohibited.
• Respect Copyright & Intellectual Property: Only post materials, guides, and photos that you own or have explicit legal permission to share. Do not upload pirated textbooks or proprietary test materials without authorization.

Anti-Spam & Commercial Integrity

To preserve a focused, productive environment, we protect our community from spam and deceptive marketing:

• No Commercial Spam: Mass advertising, multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid schemes, or unsolicited business promotion is prohibited in feeds and group chats.
• No Mass Unsolicited Messaging: Sending repetitive, automated, or unsolicited copy-paste direct messages to members is treated as abusive behavior.
• No Phishing or Malicious Links: Distributing harmful links, malware, credential-harvesting pages, or deceptive referral scams will lead to immediate account termination.

Study Groups & Channel Etiquette

Uniin Study Groups and Channels enable students to organize around shared university targets, majors, and study goals:

Group leaders and moderators have a duty to keep discussions orderly and respectful. Members should respect channel topics and avoid flooding chat rooms.

Private messages between members must remain respectful. Unwanted advances or persistent messaging after a recipient asks you to stop is considered harassment.

Reporting, Moderation & Enforcement

We empower every member of our community to help keep Uniin safe and supportive:

If you encounter content or conduct that violates these rules, use the in-app "Report" (Shikoyat qilish) button available on every post, comment, message, and profile. Reports are reviewed by our moderation team.

Depending on the severity and frequency of the violation, we apply progressive enforcement actions:

• Content Removal: Immediate deletion of non-compliant posts, comments, or media.
• Formal Warning: An in-app notice alerting the user to adjust their conduct.
• Temporary Restriction: Restricting posting, commenting, or messaging privileges for a designated period (e.g., 24 hours to 14 days).
• Permanent Account Suspension: Termination of account and permanent ban from the platform for severe misconduct, fraud, or repeat offenses.

User Content & Platform License

You retain full ownership of the intellectual property in the content you create and upload to Uniin.

By publishing content publicly on the platform, you grant Uniin a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, display, format, and distribute that content across our services to facilitate platform operations and educational reach.

You may remove your content at any time by editing or deleting your posts, comments, or account.

Account Security & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

Notify our security team immediately at support@uniin.uz if you suspect unauthorized access or any breach of your account security.

Amendments & Inquiries

We may update these Community Guidelines & Terms periodically to reflect community growth and new platform features. Material changes will be communicated via in-app notices.
